He has lived and worked across the world, leading, restructuring and transforming large businesses and building diverse teams. He has also worked as a Senior external advisor to one of the leading global strategy consultancies as well as being a NED in the care sector. 

He is an inclusive and collaborative leader who brings commercial and intellectual rigour, independence of thought, strategic clarity and humility. Further, he brings a unique blend of B2C, B2B and B2B2C experience, working in emerging and mature markets as well as expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of products and services. Mandhir lives in the Cotswolds where he enjoys walking, golf and exercises regularly to keep fit.
